Anchors Aweigh (Rock)
- My rock arrangement/recording of the Navy service song.

Each of the following original tunes contains layered guitar tracks added to a provided stereo backing track (drums and bass). These were assignments for a Berkleemusic.com Specialist Certificate program in Recording and Production for Guitar with Pro Tools.

Project 1
- basically a G pedal point funk groove
Project 2 - use of pentatonics, melodically and harmonically
Project 3 - mellow tune with cool congos and stereo triangle
Project 4 - all guitars using stereo mic'd Peavey Classic 30 amp
Project 5
Project 6

Original tunes with programmed rhythm sections:
Funkee Jam
Bourbon Street

YouTube - excerpts of Van Halen solos during Navy rock band performances in Norfolk, Virginia, Yokohoma, Japan and Sihanoukville, Cambodia. The end clip was an impromptu interview about one of my atonal 16th note-based warmup exercises. *
